The Leeds City Region Enterprise Partnership (LEP) has commissioned a business survey to gauge the views of businesses on a range of topical issues.
The LEP has commissioned the survey to help develop a better understanding of the climate in which businesses in Leeds City Region are operating; their confidence, investment experiences and intentions.
By getting a clearer picture of the challenges facing businesses, and by understanding their growth ambitions, we will be able to target our support to where it can be of most benefit to businesses and the economy. Around 2,300 businesses in all sectors will be surveyed across the 10 local authorities that comprise Leeds City Region.
BMG Research will be carrying out the survey on our behalf, contacting businesses by phone during June and July. Selby, Harrogate and Kirklees councils are also making a financial contribution to increase the number of companies surveyed in their area.
By taking part, businesses will help better inform us of the key challenges across the City Region as a whole. It also provides an opportunity to understand participating businesses’ growth ambitions and consider the support available to help them achieve those aims.
The survey will be completely confidential, however, where appropriate the LEP and the relevant local authority may wish to re-contact those participants who state they would be interested in further information about the business support opportunities available to them. Your data will not be passed on to any third parties.
A summary of the survey results will be published on our website.
