Why take on an apprentice?
Hiring an apprentice is a great way to grow and future-proof your business, and train staff in the skills that you and your business need.
Apprenticeships are now available in over 1,500 occupations across 170 industries, ranging from nuclear to fashion, law, banking and defence. They offer high quality training that in many cases can lead to higher education-level and degree qualifications.
Recruiting an apprentice can have a positive impact on your business by allowing you to recruit the talent you need and tailor skill-sets, while keep training costs low. Apprentices can be hired at any age, sometimes bringing a wealth of experience and transferable skills.
