The Business Growth Fund offers loans and equity investment from private investors to help you grow your business.

As well as offering growth capital – long-term funding to help you complete your strategic plans – the Business Growth Fund also offers financial advice; helping you find the optimal financial structure for your business and create a sustainable corporate plan.

Am I eligible?

The Business Growth Fund is looking to invest in:

• British businesses with a good track record, a proven business model and a desire to grow
• businesses looking for between £2 million and £10 million of growth capital for a minority equity stake and a board seat
• privately-owned and AIM-listed businesses, typically with a turnover of between £5 million and £100 million
• all business sectors, with the exception of regulated financial services and property development.
