Husband and wife team John and Joanne Mead have built a thriving business over the last five years from an interest in crystals and gemstones and their wider healing and spiritual benefits.

The business Soul Cafe Connect, is on target to double its annual turnover for the second consecutive year resulting in expansion plans being made to continue this rate of growth and development in the coming years.
To assist them with the business growth and development, John and Joanne enrolled on the newly launched Strategic Growth Programme. Through the programme they worked with dedicated Strategic Growth Manager James Smith who understands the growth challenges SME’s face.
James worked with the couple to develop an effective plan for growth by setting specific objectives and identifying areas for improvement within the business. “James has been excellent. He has helped us to focus on the growth opportunities for Soul Cafe Connect which were highlighted in our conversations with him and by using the GROWTHmapper® Diagnostic Tool.”
