Business leadership and improvement

Developing leadership and management skills within your business can support business growth, strategy and help to overcome business challenges.

Businesses that seek external advice or undertake formal training are more likely to improve their overall performance. Peer Networks and Help to Grow Management offer different training and delivery methods to suit different learning styles, goals, budgets and time available. Both are delivered locally by world-class university business schools.

  • Peer Networks is about learning from a trusted group of peers and overcoming common business issues
  • Help to Grow Management is a more structured practical management training programme

Below is an overview of each programme to help you choose which is right for you and your business.
