London-based digital agency moves HQ to Leeds City Region

Digital agency, dxw opened a satellite office in Leeds in 2018 and have today announced they are moving their HQ to Leeds

Leeds City Region continues to demonstrate its strength as a place to grow digital businesses as dxw announces today that it is relocating its national HQ to its Leeds base. 

The announcement comes during Leeds Digital Festival - an annual festival celebrating all things digital - and signals confidence in the region in a move that is set to boost economic recovery.  

A high-growth digital agency serving the public sector across the UK, dxw opened a satellite office in Leeds during the summer of 2018 with support from the LEP. They have now made the landmark decision to transfer their main office from London and run their operations from Leeds.  

Leeds City Region was recently recognised as having the highest scale-up rate in the North of England by the ScaleUp Institute, thanks to its talent pipeline, leadership development and access to UK markets.   

The region’s robust tech sector is continuing to grow despite the challenging economic environment. The thriving regional digital ecosystem includes more co-working spaces, accelerators, events, meetups, community platforms and start-up support schemes than ever before.  

The company benefited from support through Leeds City Region Enterprise Partnership’s (the LEP) #welcome fund. Aimed at tech businesses that want to set up a new presence in the region it offers funding of £10,000-£50,000 to support relocation or expansion projects
