LEP Question Time 2021

In the lead up to the LEP’s annual meeting (AM) this year we are giving members of the public the option to ask us questions which will be answered in a ‘Question Time’ section of the meeting on 9 June 2021.

In the lead up to the LEP’s annual meeting (AM) this year we are giving members of the public the option to ask us questions which will be answered in a ‘Question Time’ section of the meeting on 9 June 2021.

Have you ever wondered how the work of LEP affects you? Do you want information on particular LEP projects? Would you like to know how you, or your business could benefit from grants and advice from the LEP?

If you have a burning question you’d like our LEP board to answer please send them through to us.

You can ask the LEP a question in the following ways:

  • Use the hashtag #AsktheLEP on Twitter to ask us a question on social media
  • Submit your question online via the YourVoice website
  • Write to us using the address: Freepost, Consultation Team (WYCA)

Please make sure you ask your question before Friday 28 May – if you are sending your question via post please ensure your question is with us by the 28 May.

We will respond to your questions in the following ways:

  • A selection of pre-submitted questions will be answered in a 20 minute section of the LEP AM on 9 June.
  • All pre-submitted questions will receive a response – all questions and answers will be available on the LEP website, any questions asked on our Your Voice website will be answered in the Q&A on the Your Voice LEP Question Time page

Please note: Any abusive content will not receive a response. All questions will be responded to after the meeting on 9 June.

Question Time Privacy Notice:

The responsible statutory body for the Leeds City Region Enterprise Partnership (“LEP”) is the West Yorkshire Combined Authority which is the data controller.

The personal information you supply here will be used by the Combined Authority for the purposes of answering questions and addressing feedback from the public about our activities and statutory functions. The information is therefore processed under Article 6(1)(e) of the GDPR which states that processing is necessary for the purposes of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller.

We will retain your information until the end of the annual meeting and will delete it within one calendar month.
