Craven-based, H.A McEwen sees an increase in productivity after moving into a new site that offers a more efficient workspace.
H.A McEwen Boiler Repairs Ltd install, service and repair of both modern and historic steam boilers and plant equipment. Based in Craven, the infrastructure of their workshop was lacking in space and as a result, limited productivity.
With support and funding from the LEP, H.A McEwen successfully moved into a new workshop which offers a more efficient workspace and has also created 2 more jobs.
I’d say to any small business if they're looking for support in any area, get in touch with the LEP because they are very helpful, made it a streamlined operation and it couldn’t have gone any better.
